E101 Pur In is injected into cracks or voids under high pressure. On contact with water a chemical reaction starts, and an expanding polyurethane foam forms. This foam fills the cracks and blocks the passage of water.
Both flexible and rigid foam can be obtained depending on the water content and catalyst setting. Less water produces a more rigid foam, more water a more flexible one. It is adjusted according to the purpose of the application.
It is used to stop active water leaks and repair cracks in tunnels, metro systems, basements, water tanks, dams, bridges and all types of reinforced concrete structures.
