Dryvatec DampStop D101 Concentrate

A concentrated silicone-based injection material that provides a permanent solution to rising damp problems. Injected into the wall, it forms a chemical damp-proof barrier and prevents moisture rising from the ground from spreading through the structure.

Key Features

  • Concentrated formula - mixed with water before use
  • Forms a permanent chemical damp-proof barrier
  • Suitable for all wall types
  • Pressureless or low-pressure injection
  • Forms a continuous horizontal barrier within 48 hours

Frequently Asked Questions

How is DampStop D101 applied?

Holes 14 mm in diameter are drilled at the base of the wall at 10 cm intervals, angled 30° – 45° downwards. The concentrate is mixed with water at a ratio of 1:9 (1 part product to 9 parts water) and injected into the wall using pressureless or low-pressure injection equipment. The product spreads inside the wall and forms a chemical damp-proof barrier.

How much product is needed per square meter of wall?

Depending on wall thickness and porosity, an average of 1-2 liters of concentrate (10-20 liters as a mixed solution) is sufficient. For an exact consumption calculation, request a quote and our technical team will work it out for your project.

When are results visible?

The continuous horizontal barrier forms within 48 hours after injection. Complete drying of the wall may take 4-12 weeks, depending on wall thickness and moisture level.
