Kneadable water plugging mortar
A cement-based, very rapid-setting water plugging mortar, kneaded with a small amount of water into a putty consistency. It works where a void has to be filled: formwork tie-rod (spacer) holes, bulky cavities and cracks of irregular cross-section. Placed into the void, it expands to key into the walls and travels against the direction of water flow.

N111 Stop is used as a dry powder, compressed in the palm and pressed directly against running water — for an active point leak. N112 Stop F is kneaded with a little water into a putty — for filling tie-rod (spacer) holes, bulky cavities and cracks of irregular cross-section. For pressurised point leaks N111 Stop is more effective and should not be replaced by N112.
Setting time depends directly on temperature. In summer, cold water extends the working time; in winter, lukewarm water speeds the reaction up. If it is not adjusted, the mortar sets in your hand or never hardens at all. Prepare only as much as you will use in one go and place it into the void in a single movement — filling it in stages leaves a capillary path between the layers.
It can be applied on concrete, reinforced concrete, stone, brick and cinder block surfaces. It should not be applied directly to metal or wooden surfaces.
It should be applied between +5 °C and +30 °C. Do not apply in environments where there is a risk of frost.
